Marie E. Carpenter, CPA
I strive to be a strong and clear communicator with my clients, helping them overcome their fear of taxes and become comfortable with their personal financial situation. I believe taxes and finances should be approached with an absolutely clear plan to achieve your goals, and I am here to help!
Running KCK beside my brother and carrying on George’s legacy of personalized service for our clients has become the most fulfilling and satisfying experience of my professional life; my most precious pastime, however, is spending time with my husband and twin daughters.
D. Matthew Kresslein, CPA
A graduate of the University of Memphis, I became a licensed CPA in 2020 after a career in tax and accounting in the US Navy and the private sector.
From a young age, I always knew I wanted to become an accountant, and found my calling in income taxes. I believe in quality client service and managing expectations, grounded in proper firm and client management.
I am proud to be carrying on George’s legacy and thoroughly enjoy consulting with our clients regarding tax matters to achieve their financial goals. Aside from my tax passion you will usually find me spending time with my amazing wife and spoiling my nieces and nephews. Outside of tax season you can catch me coming up with new creations on my grills (plural) or finding the time to get out on the golf course.
George H. Kresslein Jr., CPA
In 2021, I partnered with my daughter, Marie, and son, Matthew, to carry on my legacy; I officially retired in 2024, leaving my longtime clients in excellent hands. Without question, my family is my highest priority, greatest pride, and most fulfilling achievement, and I will enjoy spending more time with my four adult children and six grandchildren. But I will undoubtedly (occasionally) check in on KCK.
